Thelma is practicing space clearing using elements of earth, water, fire, air, sound, light, and thought; altar setting; crystal grids; and affirmation setting. She clears homes, yoga studios, shops, and offices. She will need to conduct a short interview with the owner of the property on some relevant details regarding the active occupants on the site, the objectives of the owner, the on-going issues, and the potential dynamics with the surrounding environment.
